Tim Edwards is the lead designer of Mosaic Oaks and managing partner of the development group that built the community and subsequent houses. He has long had in interest in what has become known as “green building technologies” going back to his study of passive solar design while at Princeton University where he earned a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (1978).  Tim has had a successful career as a businessman in the Destin and South Walton area during the course of which he has been involved in the design and construction of both residential and commercial structures for over twenty years.
