Mosaic Oaks is located along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and the inter-coastal waterways of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Famous for its beaches of snow white sand and emerald green waters, the area is also home to a very large and diverse ecosystem. Literally surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of publicly and privately owned land that has been perpetually preserved against development, this is a truly pristine region. Featuring an abundance of variety in its natural flora and fauna, the color green easily comes to mind. In the context of this environment, owning a home that has been built to meet the definition of being green is only logical.
As one of the most under-developed regions of the state, this section of the Emerald Coast did not see the degree of speculative excess in real estate found elsewhere in Florida. As a result, the market in this area is much healthier. Although still a buyer’s market, the inventory of unoccupied single family homes is not significant, particularly in the price range of the homes within Mosaic Oaks. As such, this is a perfect time to buy! |
