| Duane Clark provides the mortgage services for Mosaic Oaks through his business, White Sands Mortgage. Born and raised in northwest Florida, Duane has had a long career with the local banking community, breaking out to form his own company over ten years ago where he has established his reputation as being one of the most resourceful lending specialists in the area. In addition to his extensive experience in the financial services field, Duane has also been involved in numerous real estate developments throughout northwest Florida with Mosaic Oaks being his most recent investment.
What do you like best about Mosaic Oaks?
“I think that Mosaic Oaks is a great place for a second home. It’s close to the beaches and bay. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. It’s just a couple of miles from the US 331 bridge and easy to get to from up north. It’s a great location in terms of future appreciation simply because of its proximity to the US 331 bridge and the new international airport to the east of us. The homes are comfortable and economical and look like houses that cost two or three times as much. I just think that people looking for an affordable place to live near the beach will love Mosaic Oaks!”
