What do you like best about Mosaic Oaks?
“I like the thoughtfulness of the floor plans and the finishing details. These homes feature some incredible details that you just don’t see in homes in this price range. I like the hardwood floors throughout the living spaces.  I like the granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances. I like the pre-wired in-wall sound system.  I like the stairs coming down into the dining and kitchen area instead of the living room like in most houses – it’s reminiscent of traditional cottage design.  I like the laundry room being upstairs next to the bedrooms – something so common sensical, yet rare in this market.  The bathrooms have private toilet rooms for privacy. The closet space is remarkable throughout these homes.  And, as great at the interiors are, the exterior elevations are really cool.  I’ve always liked the cottage style of architecture that has sprung up all over South Walton, and these homes represent the finest examples of this style at a price a lot of people can afford.”
