Low Home Owner Association fees (less than $50.00/month) 

The Mosaic Oaks’ Home Owners’ Association takes care of the community's shared expenses - from landscape maintenance of the common grounds to the maintenance of each lot; from lighting the community's entranceway and sidewalks at night to operating the pond fountains; from funding for road maintenance to repairing the community sidewalks - and they do it for less than fifty dollars a month.

Almost all communities have Homeowners' Associations, but they generally have fee that are three to four times as large as those in Mosaic Oaks. However, in keeping with the developer's philosophy of providing an economical community, the Mosaic Oaks Home Owners' Association provides important common services for very little cost.
