Energy Star rated lighting fixtures and ceiling fans

The Energy Star program evaluates and rates household lighting fixtures and ceiling fans for energy efficiency. Only those fixtures and fans that surpass the minimum guidelines set forth by Energy Star can carry the Energy Star logo.

Very few homes in South Walton feature a lighting and ceiling fan package as energy efficient as those found in the homes in Mosaic Oaks.
